Agreement.

By downloading, accessing, or using RoboCage or this website, you agree to these Terms and the applicable terms of the platform through which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, do not use the game or site.

App license.

RoboCage is licensed, not sold. The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store and is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a different license is shown in the App Store. These website terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple’s terms.

You may use RoboCage for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the applicable license. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Fair play.

When using online multiplayer, do not interfere with matches, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, abuse other players, or use unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage. Access to online features may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect players, the service, or game integrity.

Platform services.

Optional multiplayer depends on Apple Game Center and an internet connection. Platform services may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable for reasons outside the developer’s control. Apple’s own terms and privacy rules apply to Game Center.

RoboCage version 1.0 contains no ads or in-app purchases. Future features, if any, will be described transparently and these Terms will be updated when required.

Ownership.

RoboCage, its visual designs, game code, names, artwork, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership of any RoboCage content or branding.

Disclaimers.

To the extent permitted by law, RoboCage and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the game or website. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.

Changes.

RoboCage and these Terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be reflected by changing the effective date above. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
